Residential Pricing for STANDARD PHOTOGRAPHY *  

• Up to 1200 sqft. $200 to $225 

• 1200 sqft. to 1800 sqft. $225 to $250

• 1800 sqft. to 2500 sqft. $250 to $275

• 2500 sqft. to 3000 sqft. $275 to $300

• 3000 sqft. & above $300 & up

Prices may vary based on specific situations. 

STANDARD PHOTOGRAPHY INCLUDES a virtual tour and frequently: TV image inserts, fake fire inserts in fireplaces and sky replacements. 

* Some items that may increase pricing could include: 

• Homeowner interference • My need to rearrange items •Agents signing documents with homeowners on-site while shooting • Delays getting cars off driveways • Homeowners not finished preparing for photography 

• Other basic delays 

DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY:  

• 2 to 4 drone shots while on-site  $50  
• Extensive drone work for acreage including property outlines start at $150 (Prices are based on time to shoot and produce images) 

360 VIRTUAL TOURS: • Typically these will range from $150 to $200 

TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY: Pricing for this service can vary depending on time of year due to how late the sunsets occur. Prices for this service typically start at $125. 

FLOORPLANS: 

• Up to 3000 sqft. $75
• 3000 sqft. to 4000 sqft $100

VIRTUAL STAGING: $25 per image. These images will be included in the virtual tour produced for the standard residential photography

No travel charges from Albany to Harrisburg and Sweet Home to Corvallis but are not strictly based on city limits. 

Lastly I do the best I can to keep my prices affordable. Having worked as a REALTOR for nearly 20 years I know how agents need to be mindful of expenses. My prices are competitive but may not fit every agent’s budget. The best way to keep prices down is to use my photo checklist and pass it on to the sellers well in advance.
